Meet Violet, Violet is a sweet girl who is looking for a loving forever home. Violet had a rough start to life growing up on the street, and has come a long way in GAWS' care. She started off quite wary of people, but here she has learned to trust and even love people! She's a very affectionate girl, and will come running when she sees you walking by. She loves affection on her own terms, and can sometimes get a little overstimulated, but for the most part loves getting pats, and will encourage you with very STRONG headbutts! She loves slow scratches on her head and bum, and will give your hand little licks and nibbles as a show of love. Violet is still learning what being loved feels like, so for now she prefers not to be picked up and have all 4 paws on the ground. She is happy to come and sit with you on the couch, and when she's had enough will just go back to her bed. Violet is a very loving girl who would do so well in a loving home where she can really come out of her shell and be her fabulous self. She would just prefer a home with no young kids as she does play-bite occasionally. If Violet sounds like the perfect bundle of joy for you, please come in and meet her!
