Meet Wisa - A Young Soul Ready to Blossom Wisa came to GAWS as a young lad with limited experience of the world around him. Since arriving in care, he has built strong bonds with his handlers and made great progress with his lead manners and social skills around other dogs. Wisa is looking for a patient, understanding family who can support him as he continues to learn and grow. His ideal home will be committed to ongoing, positive reinforcement training and willing to introduce him to new experiences at his own pace. He may be suited to a well-matched female dog of similar or smaller size who can help guide him and build his confidence. Wisa has no known experience with cats and would be best in a home with respectful children aged 12 and up. He is house trained and accustomed to an indoor/outdoor lifestyle and would thrive with the structure and confidence-building of group training classes. Wisa has so much potential and is ready to find a family who can help him shine.
