Juke came to GAWS as a shy stray, but it didn't take him long to blossom into a sweet, affectionate boy with a lovely temperament. During his assessment, he showed positive social skills with other dogs, making him a good candidate to live with a well-matched canine companion. Juke's history with children is unknown, but he may suit a home with dog-savvy kids who understand boundaries. He hasn't been tested with cats and would need a careful introduction to an indoor/outdoor lifestyle. This handsome boy will benefit from some ongoing training to refine his basic manners and lead skills. While Juke may show a little shyness or separation anxiety as he settles into a new home, with patience and consistency he's sure to shine.
