Hi, I'm Zora, I didn't have the easiest start in life. I grew up on the streets , and by the time I was rescued I was scared of just about everything. People, shoes, noises... you name it. I thought the world wasn't a safe place for me. Since moving into foster care, I've started to learn that life can be gentle. I still have my little reminders of the past - shoes make me suspicious, and I like to approach people on my terms - but I've also discovered some amazing things... like morning pats in bed, curling up against my human at night, Cat TV and the mysterious, whirring magic of the robot vac (I think we're friends now?). I really love my foster brothers and sister, and I'm the bravest when I'm with the siblings I trust. While I can be a little shy with big new cats at first, I do enjoy being part of the group once I feel safe. I've also got some trademark moves that make me stand out: I smile in my sleep, I've got adorable little bow-legs, and sometimes my lip gets stuck on my tooth. They say it only makes me more lovable! I'm hoping to find a forever home with someone gentle and patient, who'll give me the time to keep blossoming and learning that love is safe. I might be a little shy at first, but once I know you're kind, I'll be the sweetest, quirkiest companion with so much love to give. NEEDS: indoors only, no sun, no dogs, no children (under 8)
