Hi, I'm 🍭Candy🍬 I've had a rough start to life - I lived on the streets and was a young single mother - since coming to GAWS all my kids have found their homes, which just leaves me waiting for my forever family... ⌛ I'm super affectionate - I love pats, belly rubs, and will flop right over to show you just how much I trust you. I may be shy with strangers at first, but I warm up quickly with a little patience and kindness. Even though I'm an adult, I'm playful and love my toys-don't be surprised if I entertain you with my antics! I'd also love a secure outdoor cat run where I can enjoy some fresh air safely. I LOVE other cats, so I would really appreciate having a cuddle-companion in my future home 🐈💞🐈‍⬛ Just imagine how cute we'll look all snuggled up together 💕 I'd love to have someone to show me the ropes in your home, and bring me out of my shell, or I can help with another cat's confidence. I've met a dog before, but we really didn't get along - I was really afraid and could not get away fast enough! For my safety and to keep me happy and stress-free, I will do best in a home with no dogs 🚫🐶 Because I can be a bit reserved and would prefer a home on the quiet side, I will do best in a home with no young children 🚫👶🏻 as they can be a bit too loud and overwhelming for me! I could live with older, respectful teenagers though. Due to my timid nature I will need to live indoors only, as the outdoor world is pretty scary! But so long as I have a comfy spot by a window where I can bird-watch I will be very happy 🦜 A soft brush every now and then will also keep me looking good, and will be a good bonding experience 🪮 If you're looking for a sweet, affectionate, and gentle cat who just needs a little time and a lot of love, I might be the perfect match!
