Meet Martha - A Graceful Soul Ready for Her Golden Years 🐾 Martha came into our care as a stray, possibly alongside her companion Arthur-both seeming to remember one another with quiet fondness. Now in her senior years, Martha is looking for a warm, loving home where she can enjoy comfort, companionship, and care. We would love to see Martha adopted alongside Arthur to continue their bond, but she may also thrive with another well-matched male dog with a calm and gentle temperament. Martha is likely still adjusting to indoor/outdoor living, so a patient home willing to support her through that transition would be ideal. As a senior, she did have a couple of old lad lumps that we have removed. these were nothing to be concerned about. She'll need help managing her joint health and maintaining a healthy weight-two things that will help her enjoy her retirement years to the fullest. She hasn't been tested with cats and has no known history with children, so a quieter household would suit her best.
