Meet Emma!! I'm a lovely 1-year-old calico girl with a soft nature, a gentle heart, and a very stylish asymmetrical ear cut (a little souvenir from having part of my ear removed. Stay sun smart!). Therefore I do need an indoor only lifestyle to keep me safe in the future. I enjoy cosy hiding spots for daytime naps, but once I get to know you, I'll start popping in to say hello or sit nearby while you relax or work. I'm quietly affectionate, especially at dinner time when you'll get lots of opportunity to give me pats, head scratches, and if you find my tail bone... oh wow, that's my favourite. I'm happy living with friendly cats, just as content being your one-and-only, and I'm okay around a calm dog (though I'm happy to keep things polite rather than become best friends). I am ok with being picked up to move but am not a fan of being cuddled or held for long, therefore best in a home with no younger children as they won't understand not to pick me up. Older kids who respect my needs would be fine. I don't love being shut into a single room overnight, so I'd be happiest in a home where I can have access to some or all of the house to find my favourite sleep spots. If you're looking for a gentle companion who blossoms with kindness and trust, I might just be your girl 💕
