Hi my name is Barry, I am a shy boy looking for my forever home. I will be reserved to start with so my people will need to be patient and give me the time and space I need to adjust and settle in. I do like pats and scratches around my head, chin and cheeks and will show my appreciation by leaning in for more. Lots of these will be the best way to build a bond between us and show me that I can trust you. Due to my shy nature a quiet calm home would be best for me so no younger kids as they would be too much. Older respectful kids should be ok providing they give me space if and when I need it. Being still young I do have a playful side so toys to keep me entertained and amused are a must. Also scratching posts for me to climb and use are a must. As I have a white face, I will need to be kept indoors away from the harsh sun. But also due to my shy nature, the outside world would be too overwhelming for me therefore to keep me safe and happy, inside is best.
