Hello, my name is Athena, my name is from the Greek mythology and means wisdom. I am young but of course I am trying to live up to that. I am a little shy at first, but very friendly after I have got to know you a little better. Sometimes I just like sitting on higher grounds, watching the world go by and it may seem that I am thinking of important things, which I do of course. Chin scratches and being patted around the head is my favorite thing in the world apart from cuddling up with you in front of TV. I am sure I could get on with another gentle cat or dog in the family, who can show me around and help me settle, but at the same time gives me the freedom to do things on my own terms. Toys are great and I love playing, running after little balls or chasing those feather toys you might drag along. And then again, a little rest in a cozy bed or on the couch is just what makes life wonderful. Regular grooming is on my favorite to do list and I love it as it gives us a special one on one time. The world out there can be quite scary, so I am an indoor only cat. I can't wait to meet you and come with you to our next forever adventure in life.
