He loves other cats so one of these in the home is a must as a cat friend will give him the confidence he needs to realise that people are ok and are not out to hurt him. He will stick by their side and mimic what they do and show him the ropes. Once he knows you, Luey has a crazy loud purr and will be affectionate, particularly when his cat friend is nearby.\r\n\r\nOnce Luey is comfortable, he loves a good neck and head scratch and will purr when being held. He doesn't fight being held, but he prefers a pat on tera firma. Luey has lived with teenagers and as long as they respect his boundaries he would be fine, younger ones would be too much for him. Overall a quieter home would be best for him.\r\n\r\nLuey is VERY playful. His favourite is the laser pointer and little balls. He scoots around the house looking for fun. He does have a panache for pot plants so be prepared but if you put large white stones in the pots this will deter him from playing in the dirt.\r\n\r\nLuey loves his food, so treats will be a great way to win him over. His favourite wet food is the Fancy Feast grilled selection but also loves his Hills Dry food. \r\n\r\nHe loves a cat tree near a window where he can sit and watch the world go by.
