So he just needs some time to get used to them so as long as he is introduced slowly he would be fine.  When he arrived in his foster home, he strolled around and was very curious and loves checking out his surroundings. Being older he doesn't feel the need to move at a fast pace, why hurry if you don't have to.\r\n\r\nHuckleberry will sit with you on the couch or find his own favourite spot to relax and sleep. He enjoys a pat and gentle brush. He is good with his food so you won't have any trouble with him eating.  But he is already a big boy so we don't want to overfeed him.  He will call out if he is still peckish but be careful not to give in to his charms.  \r\n\r\nBeing older he does have some arthritis and is on meds for this but he takes it like a true champ.  Can easily mix into his food which is less stressful for both him and his humans.\r\n\r\nHe would not appreciate small children as they would be too overwhelming for him.
