He has found his way to GAWS due to an incident in the home possibly associated with sleep startle, however the underlining issue was most likely due to a lack of guidance and leadership - if you understand this last sentence without asking questions you may be the person we are seeking. It is imperative that Ivan has a home with strong, experienced handlers, room to move, no children, no cats or pocket pets, but definitely a well matched mature dog if possible. Ivan was slightly nervous and wary when he first arrived, true to the breed, but has opened up and shown lovely improvement with those who he meets. Ivan has an indemnity for a common and manageable issue with his elbows called hygromas.
